Wylds Farm
In 2021, we made the decision to move from our venue in the grounds of Bedales school, to our magical new home at Wylds Farm in Liss. For three years in a row we have been hosted by the wonderful Rook-Blackstone family, who have embraced us with open arms. Each year they work tirelessly and creatively to accomodate the production and our audiences, and are an integral part of what makes the festival such a success.
Moving to the farm has allowed us the freedom to expand the festival, experiment with new formats and significantly improve the front of house experience for the audience. The performances take place at the top of the hill, beneath a magnificently lit red oak tree and overlooking stunning views of the South Downs. At the base of the hill, we are able to keep the party going well into the night at the Bottoms-Up Bar, which is host to a dedicated picnic area, live music, fringe events and street-food trucks.
We are so grateful to our hosts and we are delighted to share our home with new audiences, and welcome back those who have been before. On a long summer’s evening, there is truly nowhere else you’d rather be.
